Overview

Returns are accepted within 10 days of purchase. After 10 days, refunds or exchanges are not available.

Eligibility for Returns

Items must be:

• Unworn and in original condition
• In original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

• Worn or used clothing
• Items not in original condition or damaged
• Returns after 30 days

Additional non-returnable items:

• Gift cards
• Downloadable software
• Some health and personal care items

Proof of Purchase

We require a receipt or proof of purchase for returns. Do not send items back to the manufacturer.
